Scarlet Begonia Retro is an Australian-based small business that is all about luxurious vintage materials. Scarlet, the owner, has an established company, and she mainly sells at the market, but she really wanted to establish a web presence that would enable her to sell online as well. We worked together to transform her website into a story about her brand!

Scarlet Begonia Retro is an established business based in Byron Bay, Australia. Scarlet is selling her beautiful pieces at markets, but she is looking to establish a web presence as well so that she can sell online too!
She started setting up her website online, but when I started working with her, I realised that there was so much more than to her business than just vintage clothing!
And we had to tell her story!
The story of a super passionate woman who is making every single piece by hand and with so much love, who truly cares about her customers, and who customises her pieces for each customer, if they wish!

I had a thorough consultation with Scarlet to understand what her unique value proposition was, to understand the brand and how we could make it shine!
I re-designed the website and ensured it was SEO friendly and responsive
I reorganised how the items were displayed, both in the main pages and in the single product page, to incorporate all the necessary details and also give customers the ability to customers to leave comments
I helped Scarlet with standardising product descriptions and ensured each product was set up correctly from an SEO perspective
I ensured that customers reviewed and social media links were working
