Are you looking at your website and aren’t happy with it? Does your website look a bit boring and old now?

Website refresh can vary from a page to an entire website and I would be happy to assist with as much or as little as you need.

Do you need additional functions or are you struggling with a plug-in you purchased?

Things can get a bit difficult at times and it may not be worth spending hours of your precious time on the small stuff you can delegate!

the questionnaire

The first step, before we talk, is the questionnaire! It allows me to gather information about you, your brand, and where you are with your business. I can also do some preliminary research to check your current website or social media so that I have a good idea of how to tackle the project before we meet. It’s all about efficiency for me!
the call

During our call, I get to know you and you get to know me. Sometimes you have that gut feeling about working with someone and this is our chance to see if we are a good fit!
I make sure I have a clear idea of what you require, I communicate how I work and what systems I use to keep in touch and I make sure that we both leave the call excited for what’s to come!
the paperwork

Once we decide to work together, I will send you the paperwork, the contract that protects both you and I and lists exactly the services I will provide you with.
I require an upfront payment of 50% and 50% at project completion.
However I am happy to work with my clients to agree on a payment plan too.
work, feedback repeat

I am a strong believer in continuous feedback! Once I start working on your website, you will he are from me quite a bit. I want you to be part of this process, to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the end results!
the assets

Visuals and copy are very important for your website. Depending on your plan you may need to provide me with photos and copy. This is the time when I need you most. But it’s also the time when your website comes alive!
The launch

The time has come to publish your new website.
I will handover the keys if you like or I will keep on eye on it, if you need regular support.
